77 Spice Rub - As seen on on DIners, Drive-ins, & Dives from a BBQ place called "The Smoke Joint". Try the scaled down version of the 77 spice rub It's some kind of fine! This rub is great for poultry, especially good for dusting before smoking wings and drumettes for hot wings.
