🚨 Important Notice – Food & Perishable Items

Rubs, seasonings, sauces, and all other food-related or perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to strict food safety regulations.
We cannot accept these items back under any circumstances once they have left our facility.


We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-food items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be non-food and non-perishable

  • Unworn or unused

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@bbqrubs.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Food or perishable goods (including all rubs, seasonings, sauces)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds (Non-Food Items Only)

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
