BBQ Philly Cheesesteak Recipe

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- High Elevation Salt, Pepper, and Garlic seasoning  - Purchase it here
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- 8 slices of Provolone cheese

BBQ Preparation:
1. Preheat your barbecue, griddle or pan to a medium-high heat. You’ll want a hot surface to cook the steak quickly and get a nice sear.

2. Cook the Vegetables: Toss the sliced onion and bell peppers with a bit of olive oil and the High Elevation Salt, Pepper, and Garlic seasoning to taste. Place them in a grill basket or on a piece of aluminum foil with holes poked in it. Grill them on until they are softened and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.

3. Grill the Steak: Lightly oil the grill grates, griddle or pan. Season the thinly sliced ribeye steak with the High Elevation Salt, Pepper, and Garlic seasoning. Grill the steak slices for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until they are just cooked through and have a nice sear. You might need to work in batches depending on the size of your BBQ, griddle or pan.

4. Toast the Hoagie Rolls: Place the hoagie rolls, cut side down, on the cooler part of the grill, griddle or pan. Toast them lightly, for about 1 minute, just until they start to get crispy.

5. Assemble the Sandwiches: On the bottom half of each hoagie roll, layer the grilled steak, followed by the grilled onions and peppers. Top each sandwich with 2 slices of Provolone cheese.

6. Melt the Cheese: Place the assembled sandwiches back on the BBQ, with the grill cover closed, for about 1 minute or until the cheese has melted. Be careful not to burn the bread.

7. Serve: Remove from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy your BBQ Philly Cheesesteak with the special touch of High Elevation Salt, Pepper, and Garlic seasoning for an enhanced flavor profile.
